After returning from home at the end of WWII and learning the trades thru the GI bill, George Strohm Jr. started installing some of the first indoor bathrooms and hydronic heating systems in Lebanon County.
His son Tom Strohm took over in 1985 after growing up in the business, and is still a current owner along with a co-owner Dan Grumbine, an Army veteran who was originally brought on board as a business coach and adviser. Dan became a partner in 2018 and started looking to expand the company, by looking for other quality Plumbing and HVAC Companies with owners looking to retire. They first acquired Hlavaty Plumbing, Heating and Cooling in Pine Grove, then Flex Mechanical in Pottsville, as well as Lycoming Heating Co. In Williamsport, and are always looking for another opportunity help another owner enjoy retirement.
